Hex Nut Cap for Automotive Lug Nuts

A major automotive supplier required hex nut caps for automotive fastening applications. We manufactured the nut caps from 0.018" thick stainless steel sheets through deep draw stamping. Deep draw tooling for the 1" (height) x 1" (width) hex nut caps were designed and built to exact customer specifications. In addition to this standard configuration, we also manufactured several versions of the hex nut caps for the automotive supplier.

Our deep drawing process eliminated the need for secondary material finishing operations. Bennett Machine & Stamping Company packaged and delivered the stamped metal parts in bulk cartons to the customer's location in Europe.
